Ballroom
Treat yourself to pre-dinner drinks in the pre-function foyer area or on the garden terrace, followed by an unforgettable banquet in our ballroom. This venue is also ideal for conferences, large presentations or receptions and magnificent weddings.

 

Ilanga and Nina
Ilanga and Nina meeting rooms are located on the conference mezzanine level. Both venues can be divided into three sections - a main room with two breakaway rooms - and at maximum capacity can accommodate 150 people theatre or cocktail style. The pre-function foyer area is ideal for coffee breaks, a registration desk set-up or exhibition space. Direct access to the conference mezzanine level is available from The Firs undercover parking.

 

Maita Boardroom and Mila Boardroom
These two well-equipped boardrooms are located on the conference mezzanine level. Maximum capacities for the boardrooms are 14 people banquet, cocktail or classroom style. Each boardroom has a private lounge area, which is ideal for a coffee break set-up. Direct access to the conference mezzanine level is available from The Firs undercover parking. Our two executive boardrooms and meeting rooms exhibit luxury and status.

 

Ayanda I
Ideal for small meeting / theater style conferences, Ayanda I can accommodate a maximum of 90 guests.  Located on the conference mezzanine level, the pre-function foyer area is ideal for coffee breaks, a registration desk set-up or exhibition space.  Direct access to the conference mezzanine level is available from the Firs undercover parking.

 

Ayanda II
Located on the conference mezzanine level with a maximum capacity that can accommodate up to 140 guests, Ayanda II is the ideal for an intimate banquet or theatre style event.  The pre-function foyer area is ideal for coffee breaks, a registration desk set-up or exhibition space.  Direct access to the conference mezzanine level is available from the Firs undercover parking.

 

Regency Club Boardroom
Located on the 8th Floor of our Regency Club Level at the Hyatt Regency Johannesburg, this private executive boardroom can accommodate a maximum of eight people.  Additional facilities are audio conferences.  Complimentary for one hour to all Regency Club in-house guests.

 

Business Centre Boardroom
For a small intimate meeting, our Business Centre boardroom is located on our lobby level.  Accommodating a maximum of 5 people, we also offer a package including pastries and beverages.  Access is available to our Business centre, providing you all the facilities such as telephone, fax, copying and Internet access.

As part of the service, we provide an audio-visual technician on premises from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm. Should you wish to secure the technician for your event only, a technician charge will be applicable.
