All of our therapeutically treatments are tailored to meet your individual needs and to restore optimum health also enjoy the steam room, sauna, swimming pool, hot and cool jet baths free of charge when booking a Spa treatment.
Phumula Spa offers four treatment rooms, including one couples room. Please specify when booking a massage therapy if you would prefer a male or female therapist.

A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Pre-arrival
Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Late arrivals will result in shortened appointments or the rescheduling of your appointment (charges will apply).
Clothing
You will be provided with a robe and slippers and draped during your massage. Undergarments must be worn during the treatment.
Communication
Please communicate with your therapist to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your needs.
Health Considerations
For your comfort, please advice upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood, are pregnant, or have any food allergies.
Spa Policies
We respectfully ask that you leave cell phones turned off so that the tranquility of the Phumula experience may be preserved and please leave at home or lock all valuables in your appointed lockers, as Phumula Spa cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items.
Booking and Cancellation
A 50% deposit is required for booking full day packages. If you must cancel any appointment at Phumula Spa, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Without any notification, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of service.
Age Limitation
Children under age 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities. However, some treatments may be available with parental supervision. Please inquire with a Phumula Spa therapist.
